Having grown up and lived in many places across Canada and Europe, Alisha was immersed in diverse cultures and perspectives that continue to shape her approach to therapy. Upon returning to Canada, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen’s University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and continues to expand her knowledge with ongoing training and education. Now based Alberta for the past 9 years, she brings a compassionate and globally informed perspective to her work with students.

Alisha is dedicated to creating an accepting and inclusive space where individuals feel supported in exploring their concerns. In her work, she support students experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, ADHD, and other mental health challenges. She also helps individuals manage stress, build resilience, and navigate transitions in their academic and personal lives. Her approach draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailoring sessions to your individual needs, and equipping you with skills to meet your goals in a way that works for your life.

Jen was raised on a family farm outside of Olds, where she developed a lifelong appreciation for caring for animals and nurturing growth. She brings this same sense of care and attentiveness to her work with individuals, supporting them in gaining deeper self-understanding and fostering meaningful change.

Jen’s counselling approach is client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused. She values flexibility and tailors her approach to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
